Re: Handball rules for Penaltys?
Otamendi handles ball, although unintentionally. Gets yellow carded. 5minutes later La Porte handles intentionally and doesn't get cautioned. What;s that all about??

Ref has had a shocker.

On a side note. The Ref’s Union ain’t too happy with Pep. Due to the fact he didn’t show up to a meeting explaining VAR rules and method of working. And all that jazz. He sent Brian Kidd instead. Upset one or two of them, by all accounts.

It's like when Kewell was penalised for hand ball playing for Australia in the 2010 WC. Ball was driven at him so hard that he barely had time to flinch. But he was sent off and a penalty awarded.

Turned it off after that, as other than a silly decision to me, var is going to ruin an already ruined sport if it takes 5 minutes a pop.

Literally takes 10 seconds to show a replay and decide on something like that.
